ITIL - Foundation
Exams are taken on the morning after the final day of the Foundation Certification courses. Exams consist of 40 multiple choice questions and require a 65% pass mark. Results are provided to each candidate in less then a week. The ITIL Bridge exam consists for 20 multiple choice questions.

The Foundation level courses introduce the framework and principles of ITIL and the importance of a systematic approach to management. This means that a process-like approach to the business organization is used to convey the material. You have a choice between our ITIL Executive Overview, ITIL Foundation Certification, ITIL V2-V3 Bridge Foundation, and ITIL Foundation Certification - Weekend Edition. Participants taking the Foundation course can apply for 21 PDUs that can be applied towards PMI Certification. See Courses and Locations below.
