ITIL V3 Intermediate

The ITIL V3 Intermediate Certifications test your knowledge in specific ITIL processes.  Those people taking Intermediate training and certification will learn processes at a deeper level and gain the knowledge to implement the processes.

 

ITIL Intermediate Certifications replace ITIL Practitioner Certifications, which are related to V2.

 

It is mandatory to have ITIL V3 Foundation Certification before taking an ITIL Intermediate Certification.

 

Available Certifications and Courses

 

The ITIL V3 Intermediate Certifications are comprised of 9 individual Certification courses split among two streams/modules: Lifecycle and Capability.

 

The Lifecycle stream consists of five modules/certifications which focus on the Service Lifecycle and are concerned with management and control rather than design and implementation.

 

The Capability stream consists of 4 modules/certifications which focus on the design and implementation of ITIL processes.
