ITIL V3 Foundation

ITIL Foundation is the first level of ITIL Certification and a stepping stone towards V3 Intermediate and Expert Level Certification.  After completing our the 3-Day ITIL Foundation Certification Version 3 (includes exam), you will have 1 hour to complete a 40 mutiple choice exam on the following morning.  The required pass rate is 65%.

After completing the course and certification participants will have a strong understanding of the ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle approach, Service models and framework, ITIL common language, processes, definitions, relationships, benefits, goals of implementation.

The audience for the ITIL Foundation Certification is typically IT Professsionals, but often spans many other roles within an organization.  No previous IT Service Management or technical experience is required.

Upgrading from V2 to V3 Certification

If you're coming from ITIL Version 2 you are eligible to take the ITIL V2 Practitioner Certifications or ITIL V2 Service Manager Certification.  If you wish to complete an ITIL V3 Intermediate Certification than you'll need to complete the following 2-day upgrade course with 1/2 hour 20 minute multiple choice exam taken on the morning following the course:
